I love humanity, our divinity, and our inter-connectedness. Supporting others with healing and connecting with themselves through their heart is my life mission. Growing up in a multi-racial, multi-cultural family in the Bronx, New York, I learned early on that people could look and behave very differently but that at our core, we are all very much the same. I saw more of what made us the same, than what made us “different.” Often confused when people did not like one another because of what they looked like on the outside. I had a “one love” mentality, before I understood what that meant. As a licensed therapist, heart-centered hypnotherapist, reiki master, spiritual coach, and artist, I recognize that the modalities and tools I have acquired and deepened for over a decade, have been driven by my desire to expand as an individual as well as to support others with their healing, expansion, and recognition of their inner light. My art is an expression of my heart, inner visions, the collective consciousness, and the energy all around me. It is what is created when those energies dance with mine and express themselves on canvas. I am most connected to nature, the element of water, the lotus flower, images I experience during meditation, and painting eyes that make the viewer feel seen. Each piece is created with the intention to heal, to connect, to evoke feelings of self-recognition, compassion, hope, inter-connectedness, wholeness, and love.
